India Ink Still Life 01

This is the first India ink drawing we did in class. The subject I chose for this exercise was a small pumpkin.

This is an India ink wash drawing (using calligraphy pen and mop-style brush) on 18" x 24" XL Mixed Media paper.

The drawing is obviously unfinished, but I decided to upload it anyways because I don't really have any intention of revisiting this picture in the near future.

Edit: After learning some awesome tricks in my Photoshop class, I decided to tweak the color and contrast a little to get a better image.
